    Always great customer service, especially when I call them. Pretty good network service, never really have an issue. A lot of member benefits but a lot of text messages notifying you about them. Overall really enjoy being with them.

    Do not buy an Alcatel not-so smart phone from virgin mobile in Sudbury. These phones make calls, browse the Internet and hang up on people all on their own. On top of that the company that makes them does not have a digital fix available. And virgin mobile Sudbury will not give u a refund even though the phone is less than a week old, even though the talk time is only over their 30minute maximum because of a technical problem
