    Horrible customer service at the Sudbury location. So horrible I am writing this review in the parking lot as I just left. I had a $280 shoe picked out but all they did was glare at myself and my daughter without even a smile or hello never mind a can I help you! I will never return! You might want to train your staff!

    It was my first time shopping here. I've heard such good things about this place so I figured I'd go and look for some winter boots. It was terrible. I went in January 15th at around noon or so. Poor customer service! Not one person said hello. Not one person even bothered to approach me and tell me their deals or anything. And I'm in desperate need of boots I didn't even care if I had to spend $200 on a pair. I was unsatisfied and went elsewhere. The other company had great staff and great boots and I was happy to give them my money. I won't be shopping there again.

    I used to get my favourite brands there but unfortunately they switched into a clearance store only and don’t carry lots of styles and sizes anymore. I was disappointed and found nothing suitable there yesterday. They do have additional 30% off for Black Friday if you’ve been waiting for their sales season. The staff were friendly.
