  Sadly the cashier couldn't or wouldn't make eye contact with me. Only after thanking her at the end of the sale transaction did she look up at me with a snarly face. Ugh!!

  Service is awesome in store or even on phone ...they always take care of customers ...even if information is needed size or color wise ...pleasantly put you on hold and check for you no problem with a nice attitude !! Thanks !!

  Good prices but not always a ton of selection. Service was good but there was only one staff for the whole store.

  Last weekend, my husband and I bought three pairs of shoes at this store. We left a package from Chapters by mistake there and received a call to let us know what had happened. Unfortunately, we live in North Bay and had no plans to return for a few months. The young man named Drew said he would mail it to us free of charge. We received the package two days later. I would like to thank Drew for being so kind as to package it up and get it mailed. We have bought shoes from The Shoe Company before, and I am sure glad to have bought our shoes from there that day. I think the store is lucky to have someone like Drew as its employee. Great customer service! Thank you very much. We will see you soon to thank you in person.

  This store has a wide selection of seasonal shoes and boots. They have clearance section similar to the Townshoes and Naturalizer where you get additional 20, 30, 40, or 50% off. Surprisingly I saw boots there in the clearance section that had additional 20% off but when I browsed the shelves I found the same one and also had 20% off in addition to too many styles for Black Friday. Their shoes and brands are good and they carry lots of sizes. I like the kids section as well but was disappointed not finding my son’s size. The staff are helpful and friendly. They would help finding sizes and explaining their current deals. I just found most boots are not of a good quality compared to Naturalizer which is my favourite place to shop for shoes and boots.
