  Kitchen area near the bread and pizza oven is overwhelmingly filthy. Look up & see the emergency light - it's caked in a thick layer of greasy dust/filth. The green tiled wall of the pizza oven is covered with dust as well as the heating lamps, ceiling fans and exhaust vents. Bench cushion in booth need to be replaced. Cook lost our ticket took forever to finally get our meal however the waitress was fantastic she came & apologized, assured us that we would be discounted. We expected 10-15%, to our surprise our bill was discounted 50% and they gave us a voucher for a free appetizer on our next visit. The food was delicious, they simply need to bring their cleanliness standards higher otherwise I would have given more starts.

  Very friendly staff and great environment, consistent with other east side Mario's. Server was very attentive and seemed to actually care about our satisfaction, but as with wage increase the portions have been cut as prices are raised. Cesar salad had such little dressing and toppings, garlic bread loaves are much smaller, and my $15 bowl of pasta was barely satisfying let alone filling. I understand franchise owners don't have control over this, but it's definitely a let down to the east side's name
