    Wonder Bread on a chicken sandwich for $7.33? Should have went 20 feet over to Subway. At least they make their own bread and I would have gotten a foot long sub.

    They used to have good sandwiches. I ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was rubbery (which means under cooked). They said "I can't do anything about it". A refund on my sandwich would've been nice....

    I eat there often and although I really enjoy their food, i do not enjoy the service as the people who serve me are always miserable, they never smile and they seem very harsh with their customers. I have worked in the customer service for a long time and this is not good customer service. I understand being busy, but smiling and being pleasant to your customers is not difficult to do. Remember that word of mouth is very powerful, and I will definitely be sharing my last 3 experiences at cultures with people. At this point, i will have to find a new place to enjoy healthy food.
