    when my son,grandaughter and mother passed away i had great service from a very compassionate staff.The funeral directors give it their all and work extremely hard.Two thumbs up to David,Chantal and the rest of the staff.

    Don't beleive everything that you read. Greiving people are often very angry. Those of us who were very happy with the service received will rarely ever make it here to post something. Took me years to do it myself. A few years ago my grandmother's service was done here. My whole family was treated with nothing but compassion and respect by all who were here. My parents were so thankful and I was so thankful.

    Funeral director was EXTREMELY rude and hateful. He treated us as if he was doing us a great favour by taking our money to have our loved-one cremated with them.

    I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a funeral home in Sudbury to look elsewhere. This place treats grieving family as if it's solely a business with dollar signs only. No compassion, no respect, no empathy.
