There was great communication throughout the entire process, including helping me with a last minute change and keeping the communication going even when the shop was closed for a couple of days.   Gerry the Jeweler is a wizard with sparkly rocks. He helped me decide on a ring for my girl, worked with me on a last minute size change and had quick responses to my questions via email. Guy knows what he's doing. So incredibly happy with how the ring turned out!

  I ordered a ring from Gerry, and the entire time he helped me through the process. I was a little hesitant at first to do an order because I couldn't find to much on his website to legitimize it, but I decided to take the chance and make the order and honestly, this was one of my best experiences ordering online, and I do ALOT of online ordering. The ring came in about 12 business days after placing the order, and I couldn't be happier with the ring itself! It looks beautiful and the material is great quality!
