  I was in town visiting for a few days, and thought to visit and train at Sudbury MMA. I am so happy to have stopped by, as John, the staff, and all the members I interacted with were extremely warm and welcoming. The training was fantastic and rigorous, and John gave me a lot of pointers for technique. Every partner I had was extremely kind and graceful - it truly felt like a community here. The gym is top notch, and had completely restored my faith in martial arts gyms after a slew of mediocre facilities and instructors. I couldn't stop gushing about this place, and would be thrilled to train here again in the near future. Cheers and thank you John and your team!

  From the moment I stepped on the mats 6 years ago, I have been met with nothing but respect and patience from the many skilled practitioners at the club. The atmosphere is open and welcoming. It is more of a family than an institution. Every time I have achieved a goal, whether it was learning a new skill, losing weight or getting on the podium, my instructors and teammates have supported me through it. Life is crazy and despite the number of setbacks I have suffered, the club is one of a few constants in my life where I know I can go to bring myself back together. I'm beyond grateful to train with such dynamic individuals. This place is my life.
