  Really awful service. Not going to be around for much longer. Empty store, little choice of tools and materials. Help you customers find things. An easy hint for identifying a Customer - anyone in your store that doesn't work there. Do not recommend this store to anyone and as an Architecture student at Laurentian, I will be certain that my colleagues and I no longer support this excuse for a CANADIAN company. I have purchased a variety of things in the past. Service has been extremely slow, workers aren't interested in dealing with customer questions and when getting lumber (not cheap for a student) I couldn't have picked anything of worse quality myself. I want this to be a Home Depot. Also closes at 6pm on Wednesdays? Logic? How and why?

  Service personnel are very kind and helpful but their stock levels are atrocious... It's the 3rd time I come here in the past 2 months and they always have a ridiculously low amount of stock, making me have to go to another hardware store. I can't justice coming here anymore, there's too much risk of them not carrying enough materials. Go a bit further and go to Lowe's or Home Depot, at least it'll be a one stop shop...

  Terrible customer service. I’ve gotten paint match and keys copied here and they messed it up every time and would not fix them for free. Poor selection of everything too. Will never be back.
