  We were charged in advance for 10 kids for a birthday party ( competition in New Sudbury charges per child) when we arrived we only had 5 kids show up so staff member told me she would only charge for the kids that showed up we informed her that we had already pre-paid for 10 kids in advance she then said there was nothing she could do it was 38 degrees outside and the A/C wasn't working in the building so it must of been closer to 45 degrees in the building we had an hour in the gym then 45 minutes upstairs so we had about 5 minutes to set up the tables upstairs (heat rises) so it was like 50 degrees up there or more tried to buy drinks from the vending machine it was broken so we had to send someone to get drinks as everybody was dehydrated from the heat the staff did not engage with the children in any way (texting or something on their phone) this was the worst kids birthday party I've ever attended and here's the kicker they gave us a form to fill out about service and such so I left my phone number for someone to call me nobody called me till I called and left a message and at the bottom of this form asking to leave a tip for the staff if we were pleased with their service...lol

  Only takes cash/cheque. Won't refund PD days even with several weeks' notice to adjust staffing levels. Doesn't return messages (left three polite messages - in person, via phone, and via FB -- no response). It's too bad, because the programs themselves look good, but the customer service is not.
