    Don't order anything special Order. I had ordered a gas range in black to go with the rest of my kitchen. It was estimated at a two week delivery. I am now on week 8 and still waiting. Because it is a special order they won't refund me and they have nothing in stock to exchange. I am basically stuck paying for something I never got to use so far. Terrible service.

    Purchased a bonded faux leather sofa from the brick 2 years ago, with the 5 year extended warranty. It recently began to peel, and quickly. Contacting the brick, they said that I'm not covered because it appeared to them that I waited longer than 14 days to report it.

    The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life, I only gave a star because the sales representative was helpful and kind. Their delivery service is awful, and they are quite rude to their customers, anywhere else can get you the same furniture, I should have trusted the rating but I didn't and now I am regretting my decision.

    ZERO STARS! Didn't have a choice but to put a star but WORST SERVICE EVER! They don't honor their warranties, they are extremely rude when you have an issue with something you buy from them, and have no respect for the elderly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE BRICK!

    Simply horrible, I mean all them in Sudbury are bad and the details of our personal experience are almost irrelevant. You're experience may go well... no one here will be surprised if it doesn't though. Shop at your own risk, if you have options - use them.
