  My wife and I wanted to say that the service at Sleep Country is impeccable. We have never had the kind of customer service and interest in how we sleep! Steven had asked us so many questions that helped us find what we needed. Thank you Steven, You and you're sales team are amazing and The bed is very comfortable. Full recommendation to Sleep Country Canada!

  I was told to go to Sleep Country to get my bedding as they were said to be decent and offer free delivery and setup. I went in December and handed them my vouchers right away as my new house didn't have any bedding and I needed it for my children. I made sure I didn't owe any difference on the bedding and they assured me my bedding would arrive to the store by the start of January and that they would call me right away to set up a delivery date. January came along and I didn't receive a phone call or anything so I went in to see what was going on, they told me they would call me. I waited and no phone call so I started to call them and they kept saying things like "You're not in our system" or "Part of your information is missing, let us update it" etc. I got my worker involved and they even started lying to my worker saying I owed money when I didn't, and then they changed the story saying that they were trying to call me when they didn't. Then they started avoiding our phone calls. I never did get my bedding from them and had to go elsewhere for it. All I wanted was a place for my children to sleep.

  Had a great experience at Sleep Country. Saleswoman was very attentive and asked all the right questions, while also answering all of my questions. Because of this I got a great bed at a great price during the holidays.

  Best bed I have ever owned! Thank you Sleep Country Canada for being in Sudbury, Great deal on the Dormeo with adjustable bases, they gave me a free pillow and a fantastic discount on the headboard! Sleep Country has given me sleep :) So happy, service was amazing too! Thank you.

  I wish I could give zero stars. By far the worst customer service and warranty honouring ever. They request multiple pictures and refused to send a tech out. When posted online about their bad service they messaged us and said they can see there are body imprints and that they just need one more picture. We sent in that last picture and they closed our file the next day saying there is nothing they can do. When I called they tried to offer a coupon for 25% off. I told them I’d never give any of my hard earned money to them ever again and I suggest no one else ever does. I hope this company nose dives. The market will hopefully catch wind of this and sales will plummet.
