  Been dealing with this company for over 10 years, and they have always treated me well. I was having an issue with a cartridge that I did not purchase from the store but they distributed and they were more than happy to send it out for me. I have many times traded up my old gear to newer products always getting good value for my gear. If you're into high end audio or just want a stereo that will truly let you connect with your music they have no equal in northern Ontario, Go and talk to the guys, they're a pleasure to deal with and have always been fair with me. Audio is an awesome hobby and Pro Sound are the best!

  Professional sound said sure, took the unit. Then called the next day to say it's fine, they didn't find an issue. I refused, knowing it was broken as per the manufacturer. They relented.

  Purchased a $500 internet stereo, worked for a week, then started resetting every few minutes. Contacted the company, they said there is a power fault in the system- return to retailer for exchange since only 10 days old.

  I purchased a Rega turntable a month ago and have been loving it ever since. They even came by the house to install everything and when I called with a question they were very helpful. Thanks Pro Sound!!

  Next week, called back and said they don't exchange, nor return products to manufacturer. It's up to me to contact the manufacturer, pay for shipping and for how many weeks this will take. This despite it being written on the receipt that they do exchange only.

  Have returned MANY faulty items to big box stores without batting an eye. Would have been better off going with them. Decided to give local retailer a chance- DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!
