  Amazing service. Allison went out of her way to stay after work and help me choose the right lens as well as took the time to show me/explain everything I needed to know. She didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to buy more and helped me make an educated decision. A great big thank you, Ican't wait to use my new lens! :)

  Great orgianized store kniwlegdeable staff and wide variety of products and not cramped and smells like new car its great 10/10 would buy from there and totally smell again

  I tried again today and Allison (and an eager/helpful new employee) absolutely helped me get the info I needed. It would have been 3 star if it wasn't for Allison! She's fantastic, informative and I finally feel confident about making a larger purchase in town instead of online. Yay Allison!

  As a new photographer, it's so intimidating trying to ask the right questions when you may not know exactly how to say what you're trying to learn. After my last visit I felt dismissed and discouraged.

  The staff at Henry's Sudbury provide professional and expert customer service! Paul answered the phone before store hours and was quick to invite me to the store to meet with Allison when the store opened to assist me with my technology problem. Allison promptly and efficiently downloaded the photos for me in a format that I could use. When I still wasn't able to access the photos, she offered to save them on a CD. Above and beyond....outstanding service today! Thank you!

  Second time I've dealt with this location. Great service experience, helpful tips, and willing to do whatever I needed to get my equipment on time for my vacation during a last minute decision to make an upgrade. Staff uses equipment and has a good knowledge of what they are selling, unlike big box stores most of the time. Good selection in store and quick shipping to store if in warehouse. Also no brand loyalty or pressure to switch to a different brands when you have a collection of glass for your current camera. Very friendly staff. Wish I hadn't been late for another appointment so I could have talked longer.
