  Love the store but there's some major need for organization, especially with the online order stuff. Ordered a dishwasher and they were to call when it arrived. A week passed so I called them. It arrived on the estimated date, they just didn't bother to call. I've had issues there before with them not finding my item(s) and no longer having stock. Good staff though.

  The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Used this location to get a new cellphone while I was visiting family.

  I like shopping there occasionally when I know what I need. I noticed yesterday that their stock is very low of most of the products... their prices are also too high compared to the same online. The store is always clean and the staff are nice. It has accessible doors and clean washrooms with handicapped ones. We got our screen protectors installed yesterday for the phones. They did good job with my I phone but my husband’s didn’t go that well and he had them redo it. There is a huge parking lot for the plaza and we most of the time find spots easily except for before Christmas as all other stores.

  Great service. Received good information while purchasing a computer. Employees are not on commission and still offer good service. Two ran the other way when I was seeking help but I suspect it's due to a lack of training. Those that attended to me were awesome though.

  One thing of note, their phone number didn't seem to work; whether dialing from the number on the website or Google search. My wife tried on her phone and my cousin tried from his local phone as well. Weird.

  Hardly ever have things in stock, lots of inexperienced employees who don't seem to know much. They do have good sales sometimes, if you keep any eye out. Just don't rely on an employee to give you technical information on the products. Do your research before you go
