    The secretary staff make you feel extremely uncomfortable; over the phone they seem to have trouble hearing names and make you feel ashamed for not being named something more generic :tom", "john" etc. If I wasn't as comfortable with my Dr. I would change my dentist in a heartbeat. I hope who ever is responsible for staffing this group, reads this comment and reevaluate the qualifications of their employees.

    Dr Richards was one of the most understanding dentist I have ever seen . He has done an incredible job working on my teeth. He's a rock star! All the staff are so friendly it is a treat to go in there

    The Sudbury Dental Group truly cares about their clients. Always concerned on how the patient is doing and making sure that a trip to the dentist is not a nightmare. I trust them with my child

    I love my new dentist. Dr.Richards and the other staff we dealt with were all great. I'd refer all of my friends...if I hadn't just moved here :P
