  I once went in here to find a stroller. It was not in stock at this store but it was in stock in another store. Apparently there is no way for them to transfer stock between stores, and told me I would need to either drive to this other store (4h away) or order it online instead.

  I have also had issues here where I've purchased an item only to find it was used before, and was not told it was an "open box" item. The only saving grace here is the return policy, which is fairly decent.

  Service is iffy, a lot of the items are overpriced (got the exact same thing, same brand for 30$ less at walmart) but every now and then the customer service is incredible. Went in to exchange something the other day that I bought months ago, and they were so unbelievably helpful. I didn't have the receipt so they asked me to sign this paper, then they brought out the new one (I had bought a car seat base and the one they gave me was outdated) and let me try it in my car and make sure the carseat fit and everything. I could not have been happier with them that day, they were genuinely concerned about what had happened and cared, which was definitely nice at 37 weeks pregnant!

  Overpriced, understaffed, unhelpful staff... I could go on. You are better off going to the local baby stores or shopping online. Unfortunately it's the only Babies R Us around so if you need something here you are stuck.
