  We had seen a similar model RV at our local dealer and were not comfortable with the staff. We saw the unit on-line on Palladino's website, made a call to Darryl and were impressed with his professionalism and no pressure tactics. We transacted the deal over the phone - and arranged to pick up the unit the following week. The unit was as described, the staff were professional and pleasant to deal with. They took time to explain everything with NO PRESSURE involved which is why we did not deal with our local dealer. We Just had a minor warranty issue and it was dealt with on the same day it was reported to Pauline!
