  I was on my way to Toronto when I realized I was overdue for an oil change, and needed my windshield wipers replaced. Stopped in at the lasalle jiffy lube and was very pleased with the speedy and friendly service :)

  When I spoke with Jamie I asked if he had specific fluids and filters that I wanted. He did not have all of them in stock but he ordered them all up for me and had them waiting when I arrived.

  For those of you who do not think switching to all Synthetic Fluids makes a difference, I averaged 17.5 MPG on my over 3000km trip. I was expecting more like 12-13 MPG with this almost 500 cubic inch motor.

  Jamie knew I was in a hurry as I was heading back to Alberta the day I picked up the truck so he reserved a bay for me at Jiffy Lube and made sure he would be there to assist with this service which would take several hours. I was impressed when I pulled up to see an orange pylon across one bay just waiting for me and they started working on my truck right away.

  I live just outside Calgary and flew to North Bay to pick up a 2002 2500 Suburban 8.1L. I wanted to have all the fluids changed including transmission, coolant, front and rear differential, and transfer case.

  Went in for an oil change. I made it clear certain items did not need service and the sales were pushed on me regardless. Average for a quick lube, nothing special, nothing to bring me back.

  Very impressed with Jiffy lube, good honest customer service is almost unheard of at auto shops and garages nowadays. Jiffy lube went above and beyomd expectations. Got a synthtic oil change and an undercoating done. The only place in town that uses wax undercoating instead of oil which is great. Will be going here from now on for oil services. Highly recommended.
