    We've had work done on our vehicles twice by Imperial. I can not express enough how exceptional the work and service is! They didnt say either time but I can tell they actually cleaned our vehicles before pickup. They had our rental booked for us before we dropped it off. It was a seamless transaction from start to finish. Thanks from Trina Fitzpatrick and Dan Layman!

    Had work done on my Honda CRV. Excellent courteous, professional service. Vehicle had been cleaned inside and out. They called for rental to pick me up. Work was done within 2 days instead of 3-4 days they had first mentioned. Strongly recommended
