  AMAZING customer services, our truck was hit and our front end was damaged and I have had nothing but problems with our insurance adjuster not getting back to us. When I call Crosstown Body shop they are always so friendly sonice and so helpful and give me all the info they have so that I am kept informed. I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle in my life. Since we have bought this truck everyone has been nothing but helpful and friendly!!!!!

  Not once was I questioned about what I wanted in a vehicle or why I wanted a van or even my information taken down. Felt like I was being looked down on as a customer because I was looking at used.

  I have always had a good experience here. Today was the first time I used the shuttle service and it was great. The driver was friendly and navigated the morning traffic with expertise.

  I recently had bodywork done, to my truck, due to a collision. They worked with my insurance company which made the process very easy for me. The service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional. There was a small error, with the color match, on a body panel but they quickly corrected the issue without any fuss. This was the first time I dealt with this company and I highly recommend them.

  Went to buy a used van in the summer. Had to interrupt a group of employees to get some assistance. Asked to test drive a van outside and was told "Sorry, we close in half an hour. I can't do that".

  Came back the next day to try again and the van was sold to "the managers friend or something" (their words) and told that they had no more used vans on the lot.
