    Do not answer e-mails, phone calls, or repeated requests to send photos and estimate to my insurance company in order to get my vehicle fixed. Customer service is lacking VERY much AT REGENT LOCATION. Not sure exactly what went wrong but I was expecting a lot more from them. Will never return.

    Very happy with work and service. The people were very friendly and completed the work as scheduled. They also return the car cleaned inside and out it was very nice to receive it that way

    My family has brought different vehicles here over the years and the work has always been very well done. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would certainly go here again, but I hope I don't have to!

    Brought in our 2005 Focus for spot work and am very happy with the results. They also cleaned the vehicle which was a nice surprise. Would go back, and do recommend them. Thank you!

    Have dealt with Tony and the boys for over 30 years and always had professional and very friendly service...in my opinion... the best shop in Canada hands down... highly recommended!
