  noticing a small coolant leak in my truck, Canadian Tire said they'd have it fixed no problem and quickly. After 2 days, $1000, and parts being ordered from the dealership, I was on the road. 20 minutes after taking it from the garage my engine immediately overheated on the side of the highway, coolant everywhere. I paid a large fee for a service that I absolutely DID NOT receive. My truck ran better with a small leak before being brought to their garage. Canadian Tire had the audacity to say I needed even more new parts now that they still wish to charge me for. They are unprofessional and slow. If your vehicle breaks down in Sudbury, for the love of God and all that is holy, pray these buffoons don't get their hands on your beloved automobile.

  Wide selection but generally poor quality Chinese made goods that break down quickly sold at too big of a markup. Buy more durable goods elsewhere. Ok for garden center and name brand grocety items on sale. Avoid store brand items they are shoddy and not worth the price as you will have to replace them quickly.

  I needed wipers blades. There were several young individuals working at the tire centre who were polite, very helpful. The young man who installed my blades went above and beyond to ensure that the proper blades were installed. He did the installation. Great service today.

  Went in to get spare tire changed when they opened in the morning so we can hit the highway asap. Told me it was going to take 1.5 hours as there were two other cars ahead of me. 1 hour and 15 minutes later and car is still sitting in the parking lot and was told to wait another 1.5 hours since only 1 guy was changing tires. We finally got the car back 3.5 hours later...Don't give us unrealistic expectations if you cannot deliver! We would have rather went elsewhere and got it done much quicker.

  Floor service is always spectacular. Staff willing to help out. Checking out there was a bit of a wait, but when help was called the CT team was there to save the day.
