  I urge the negative reviewers, if you have any qualms with the service of the branch to deal with either the manager directly at the branch or escalate your issue if that fails. This is a class-act organization and everybody should be getting top-notch service, as I have!

  Always good service here and nice cars. Often get bumped up a class for free. Which is always fantastic. Staff are great and friendly.

  I've been dealing with this Regent street location for over 10 years now. I've had nothing but great and friendly service each and every time. They weren't happy till I was happy. I still call around to find the best price on rentals, and I keep finding myself going here. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who needs a car rental.

  I wanted to take a moment to write about my experience with Enterprise on Regent Street. I've been dealing this branch for over two years spanning two different managers (both of which I only have good things to say!). Berry was excellent but was transferred over a year ago to another location in Ontario. Tiffany and her crew (Jordan, Brandon, Rebecca) are all excellent to deal with. They are quick, courteous, and efficient. After having rented through them on over 50 occasions I don't have a single negative experience to write about.

  I've never had any issues the few times I needed to rent a car. The staff is friendly, they have decent hours allowing you to get on the road by 7:30-8am and they will pick you up to bring you to their location. Good rates and they have a good loyalty program

  Amazing! Dealt with Derick. After a disgusting experience with the KingsWay location Derick was great to deal with. Very quick and efficient service. Had exactly what I required and he was extremely professional and friendly. It truly was a pleasure to meet him. Thank you.
