I cant even begin to explain how frustrated i am with the posituve review this dealership has. This is not at all my experience! I wen't in about half a year ago to look into financing a wrx. Myself, being a 21 year old man i had my hopes up for my first dealership experience. I was extremely let down. When i walked in i stood around the show room trying to find a salesman to talk to for a good 20 minutes and not one person was around. I then proceeded to walked straight in to the managers office and asked her if i could get some help looking for a wrx on the lot. She was friendly, proceeded to ask me if i would lease or finance ext, then printed me two quotes and sent me on my way. I once agian asked her to see one on the lot! To my dissapointment she rolled back in her chair grabbed the keys, unlocked it from her desk through the window and said feel free to check it out. Nobody was trying to sell me anything! Every step felt like a big hassle. I proceeded to buy my wrx in north bay at gold fleet subaru! Highly recommended! Fast forward to now. My car has a bad battery and left me stranded multiple times needing a boost. I was even stuck the other day because i left my lights on while pumping gas and i had to bumpstart it since you cant boost at the pump. Understandably, I figured I could just bring it here to have them service it. When I called to book and appointment, the guy from the service department told me... the new cars are like computers on wheels, the most you get out of them is like 2 to 5 minutes untill you need to start it up or else it dies, then proceeded to say that he could replace the battery but i wouldnt fix my problem. When i expressed my frustration he said....well we can take a look at it because you might have damaged it by letting it die so many times! More or less accusing me of causing the issue to begin with. Needless to say i made an apointment in northbay he assured me this is not normal and they will have it fixed. I will be taking my car there for service indefinitely! I live in sudbury and its a shame that i cant even rely on my local dealership!

Looking at purchasing a new Subaru Forester. Have been talking with Brian for a few months now. Finally got around to getting to look at them. Brian was very friendly and easy to talk to. Homey feel inside the dealership, will be back to finally purchase the suv I've wanted for years!

Acted totally unprofessional toward my mother and made absolutely no effort to help. Strange too, because my mother is the type to buy a brand new car every 3 - 4 years, and was 6 months away from an update. Lost that sale over a battery. Really, not even the battery, just a polite explanation about the problem with the battery. I guess the just don't want the business.

...a big thank you to Brian, George and Rob (as well as everyone else in the shop) for your ongoing, attentive and personal level of (tremendous) service that ties in the excitement of the purchase with the care and consideration that goes into service and warranty of my (incredible) vehicle.

Poor quality work, unprofessional, and uninterested in any sort of customer service. A shame too. Subarus are great cars, but as the only dealer on town, they're doing an amazing job of ruining the brand's reputation in Sudbury.

They're notorious for having terrible service. A reputation that the have definitely earned.

Seriously, don't take my word for it. If you live in Sudbury, ask your friends, colleagues, etc. Can guarantee you'll here at least one horror story, probably more. Read these reviews and other online sites, they all say the same thing.

Brian showed (and reviewed with) me all of the alternatives and options when shopping based on my individual needs and past purchases. George and Rob were there to answer any and all (and there were many) questions about the vehicle I ended up driving away with.

Really and truly a family business, one that I can and will recommend to anyone looking to invest in a vehicle.

The receptionist quoted me a price for an oil change which ended up being over $100 more than she had told me. When I got my vehicle back and was driving my engine oil light came on because they didn't even put enough oil in my vehicle, which they had charged me for. After this I called them to complain and she told me to come back in so they could check the oil level even though I had already put more oil in my car. They didn't give me the services I was paying for. I've been driving for many years and I have never had this problem with a dealership, will not be returning.
