    My husband and I went in to see about trading our focus in. Chad Gagnon was very helpful and explained everything well to us. The service we received was excellent. We would not think twice before recommending him to our friends.

    What's more, the squealing noise coming out of my rear axle is still squealing. Interestingly, that was supposed to have been fixed by the $300 blower motor they replaced, you know, the one that was recalled but wasn't covered under warranty.

    My misadventure started out like any other day, with an oil change and tire rotation scheduled, and "oh yeah, hey Mr. Customer, there's a recall on your 2017 Explorer we need to check out." I also needed to have a high pitched squealing noise in my rear axle checked out, and they explained they'd be happy to check that out. So far, so good.

    They send me to a car rental place to place to pick up a summer tire-equipped (it's February in Northern Ontario) family sedan to go to industrial sites with. Nice.

    This is my second purchase of a FORD Escape, the sales staff at CAMBRIAN are true to their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Who ever thought the second experience could be better than the first, but it was! The people at CAMBRIAN Ford make everything right and not only do they sale an excellent vehicle but they have the knowledge and skills standing behind what they sell.     I had a timming chain failure on my F150 shortly after my EPT warranty expired. Ford & Cambrian both stepped up to the plate to covered the majority of the bill. Cambrian went the extra mile to assure I received fair value and I only paid a small portion of the actual bill. The service manager and service advisors were extremely knowledgeable & understanding. They helped with rentals and covering extra cost while my vehicle was beign repaired. I will continue to shop and service my trucks at Cambrian.
