    Brought in a bike wheel for a couple new spokes and truing. Was done the same day ( a couple hours later ) and the price was HALF of what I expected. Thank you Guys !!!

    Love my new bike! Took it to the Island this past weekend and rode around South Baymouth. Thanks to Sean and his crew; it was an efficient process. We always get excellent and knowledgeable service at this Sudbury landmark. These guys know what they're doing and talking about. They're not just reading product literature, they actually know their products in depth.

    I visited the outside store to purchase a light rain jacket good for a variety of climate conditions in New Zealand in the summer months. When I asked the sales associate to give me an idea of the differences between the jacket that he was showing me and a North Face jacket I currently own he said, "I'm not even going to go there." I went on to explain that I find my North Face jacket to warm during cool summer conditions. There wasn't response from him. I did try on a few jackets but needles to say, I left the store without one.

    I have only had good experiences here, bought hiking boots and outdoor clothing, and the staff is always helpful. I did not buy my bike here, but I always get it serviced here and they do a great job.

    Excellent service for bikes and skis. The folks in the shop are always friendly and eager to help you learn about your gear.
