  Just got the worst hair cut of my life, have no idea why Monique still has her job. She has no idea how to cut hair. I showed her a picture and everything but she still can't even do a simple task. I'm never going back again. Also she left most of the hair off my head on my sweater, I had to wipe it off my self. Monique if you don't know how to cut hair don't do it as your job. 30 years of horrible hair cutting!

  Crazy busy, a little expensive for my taste. Took 3 hours to do my hair BUT I got EXACTLY what I wanted when no one else could get it right!

  Faiellas classic hair is one of the only places in town that you can get in for a haircut with no appointment and not wait or only wait 5-10 min. The staff are warm and friendly and the fact that they have 5 Tvs s pretty great!

  as for hair, it looks great! The other stuff...The salon charges top dollar and it certainly does not in appearance look anything near that. I am accustom to high end salons in the GTA and they don't even charge me as much. It could definitely use a makeover. The energy is stagnant, could definitely use some music and a pick me up. The tv's are a little odd... gives it a weird vibe. I feel as though the owner maybe just really doesn't care about presentation. while having my colour washed out I was looking up at the ceiling and there are these hideous lights hanging from chains. Is this a garage? Yuck! very unappealing. As for the stylists I think a dress code being implemented would do wonders for this salon.
