    I'm a new mom and for Christmas my husband was treating me to a day at the spa. So, I looked at multiple day spas and decided on Classic Image. I tried calling to book over 3 hrs worth of services to only get the massage therapist who wasn't able to make appointments. I left my name, number and the services I was looking for. They called me back 6 hours later, unfortunately I missed their call (at least I'm assuming its them since they didn't leave a message), so I called back 30 minutes later only to get the massage therapist again. I left another message with her but never got a call back. Not to be passive aggressive but they must really be doing well to not make an effort to book big appointments. I went and spent over $300 elsewhere.
