  I thought I would play it safe and order nachos. The said nacho chips were soggy and saturated with grace, the dipping sauce smelled odd and tasted funny.

  This was terrible!!!!!!! I ordered food to my hotel. I ordered pasta , 3 cheese toast and dessert. When it arrived, the pasta looked okay, but the garlic toast was 4 lousy breadsticks. I called back and explained that I got bread sticks instead of toast and the manager said , "Yes that is correct. It's bread sticks with cheese."

  Julian went above and beyond. After having some bad news today I was a little down. He was sympathetic, he was pleasant, cheerful and made my day a little better. Keep up the good work Julian.

  He sent me more "cheese toast" and when that arrived (not in the half hour they said, it was more like 45 mins later) it was ridiculously cold!!!!! I usually love Boston Pizza, but after this , I am NEVER ordering from them again!! And I will be telling all of my friends and family!!

  Good pizza. The service however is bad. The waiters ignore you and never come around for refills. I one time had a waitress ignore me when i asked her for more soda; she walked right passed me and didn't even stop. It was very rude.
