    New location is very modern and staff are excellent.

    I talked to a mortgage specialist about buying some property and he asked for some follow up information. I emailed him the info he requested and never heard from him again. I emailed and called again, still nothing. After 3 weeks I talked to the branch manager and she said the mortgage specialist I was dealing with no longer worked there. And no one from the branch had the professionalism to tell me?!

    So they paired me up with another mortgage specialist. And this guy was so cryptic and unreasonable it was awful. Every time I brought in what he requested, he would give me another task. Couldn't he give me everything he required in one meeting? And then he went dark too!

    Sorry, I can't get in on Saturdays. Estate work can't be done through ATM.
