    During the day, the bank is always packed and there's no one working. They're all on lunch. I hated this bank drama so much I switched to another bank and never have these issues.

    Terrible bank to deal with. Leslie Lamaroux is incompetent, and Claudio the manager might as well have been a blow-up doll prop - didn't help in the least. Switched to TD Bank and couldn't be happier! So long, CIBC! I'd like to say it was a pleasure - but, well, that's life!

    They close their ATM room at 10pm or something EVERY NIGHT! So that means if you don't drive, you have to some how get to the south end because the new Sudbury mall is closed. Not a nice experience.
