  Not the best quality sushi but its very good for an all you can eat sushi place. Service is decent sometimes there is a language barrier. However the owners are very nice and helpful. Osaka has been my go to sushi place in Sudbury for the last 6 years.

  I was credited pop to my account after it was left out of my order previously. I ordered and requested the credited pop. The pop and the rest of my order was delivered. The pop was in two take out soup containers from the fountain machine. Not only is that STUPID considering it was delivery. I'm leaving it up to you to picture a delivery guy clipping around town and the results. MESS!

  it was freezing cold inside and very dark at lunchtime. There was nothing to drink but water, and we had to ask question after question instead of having someone take the time to explain how the menu choosing goes. Food was also cold when it got to us. Will not return. :( This saddens me as I heard great things about this place!

  Love it here, staff are very kind and engaging. The food comes out hot and quick and always had a really good time eating here! I highly recommend you try!

  Update: There is a less of a language barrier lately, however you don’t always get your food in a timely matter and/or do not get your full order due to poor order tracking. As for the food it’s still pretty good.

  The food is GREAT! Love it, but every time I go, after my first order they don't serve you or bring out your food in a timely manner. The wait staff is terrible. They do not look after their tables at all. Kitchen person left for classes and owner took over which resulted in over an hour backup in order. Waited literally over 1 hour and a half on Valentines day for second order, had to inquire 4 times. Almost left without paying. Not the first time this has happened.

  I called to let them know that of they don't have canned pop for takeout orders they should NOT be advertising that, or anything else in that case. The man I spoke to was argumentative, interruptive, and disrespectful!
